Sairi seems to have something for Yuki—or Yuki's power. When Yuki first meets Sairi, he blurts out the name of Sairi's previous incarnation. Apparently something happened between them in their previous incarnation that involves Luka. On first meeting the male Yuki, Sairi tells him that infusing the Kami no Hikari's power directly into the body is more effective than holding the hands over the body—and he suggests testing it mouth-to-mouth. It's when he leans in for a kiss (while trying to use this "Evil Eye" on Yuki) that Yuki reflexively punches him, but after that Sairi "assures" Luka that he's only interested in girls. He also seems jealous that Yuki has "healed" Hotsuma, Kuroto and Shuusei. Ria, on the other hand, seems to be in love with Luka and is hoping that now that Yuki doesn't remember Luka, Luka will turn elsewhere (maybe to her) for love....
EDIT: While Sairi is referred to as an "original" Zweilt, he actually became a Zweilt only during the second battle against Reiga. He also suspects that it's because of him that Yuki chose to be reborn as a man. The real purpose of Ria and Sairi's trip abroad was to recover a grimoire, which also served as a test of their partnership. With its successful conclusion, Takashiro has approved their partnership in this incarnation.
